Founded in 2006 and based in Oak Ridge, New Jersey, Hoyt Appraisals. serves numerous clients providing appraisal, consultation and valuation services throughout Northern New Jersey.

Cres Ann Hoyt holds Certified Residential certification from the State of New Jersey since 2006 and holds the SRA designation, the highest professional designation offered to residential appraisers through the Appraisal Institute. The Appraisal Institute conducts a mandatory program of continuing education for its designated members.

Cres Ann has been actively appraising residential real estate since 2004. She is a Morris County property owner and investor and has completed appraisals of various types of real property, including proposed and cexisting single/multi-family residential dwellings, condominiums, cooperatives, subdivisions, townhouses, and vacant land. Clients served include banks, law firms, governmental agencies, corporate firms, individuals and numerous financial institutions.

She holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salespersons license since 1996 and is a member of the National Associations of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, and Greater Bergen Association of Realtors.
